How you got started with SAR/how long you have been involved:
Personal Credentials: Introduced to SAR in 2025 via UAS Seach and Drone affiliation.  Certified Thermal Search and Rescue Drone Pilot. Mike is an aviation and UAS professional based in Fort Myers, Florida, with extensive experience supporting emergency response and disaster operations nationwide. An ICAS FAA-recognized Air Boss, he integrates seamlessly within ICS/NIMS structures, supporting Air Operations Branch and UAS Group missions. He provides aerial reconnaissance, mapping, and technical advisory support as a UAS Technical Specialist during wildfire, hurricane, and tornado responses.
